Organization
The traditional WK ORG, founded in 1977 in Schleiden/Eifel, has been headed by Prof. Dr. Elke Schüßler from Leuphana University Lüneburg since June 2022.
The WK ORG offers, not least with its annual workshops (partly integrated into the VHB general conference), organizational and management researchers from German-speaking countries
a platform for the presentation and discussion of research results and research methods
a forum for discussing current challenges in academic teaching and cooperation with practitioners
the opportunity to network with colleagues from different generations and university locations.
The WK Org has been a signatory to the DORA declaration since March 2024: https://sfdora.org/read/.
