Are you already a member of VHB and would you like to receive information on topics relevant to junior researchers? Are you on the path towards an academic career or simply interested in junior research work at VHB? Then we bid you a warm welcome! We have compiled miscellaneous information concerning junior research here that might be of interest to you.

If you would like to receive information regularly on junior research activities, you can subscribe to our junior research newsletter. It informs you about VHB-ProDok, our course programme for doctoral students or current job vacancies and special workshops, for instance. The junior research newsletter observes the current regulations on data protection. It is possible to opt out at any time.


Junior membership

The junior membership for Ph.D. candidates:

 

  • direct access to your scientific community
  • active participation in the scientific sections
  • participation in the VHB-ProDok courses (http://prodok.org) or a single workshop of VHB to our affordable event conditions

VHB-ProDok

With its VHB-ProDok course programme, VHB supplements doctoral education in business research at universities in German-speaking countries. We offer a focused range of special qualifications for internationally competitive research.

Association journal Business Research

Business Research is VHB’s open access journal. The articles are subject to a double-blind review, which typically involves short review times.

Junior researcher promotion workgroup

VHB’s express aim is to “promote research and teaching in business and management, including junior researchers”. Consequently, the junior research sector is not only represented by an executive division, but also by a junior researcher promotion workgroup.
