Becoming a Member

A member of the German Academic Association for Business Research can become:

a) university professors at all levels in the area of business administration and persons with the qualification of “Habilitation” (venia legendi or docendi) in business administration at a university with the right to grant doctoral degrees in business administration;

b) honorary professors at a university with the right to grant doctoral degrees in business administration;

c) other researchers who work towards the qualification of “Habilitation” or tenure in business administration;

d) persons with a doctoral degree in the area of business administration, who are engaged in scientific research and whose qualifications are subject to approval by the Membership Committee;

e) persons with a research qualification similar to outlined above under a) or c) from countries outside the German-speaking countries.
