Awards

The following awards are offered each year for members:

- Best Paper Award for outstanding international publications (articles in peer-reviewed top journals and with an international orientation);

- Best Textbook Award for an outstanding new textbook.

Additionally, the Association provides financial support for young researchers who present their research in selected international conferences and workshops. The young researcher award is offered for researchers unter 35 for innovative new textbooks.

Furthermore, the VHB in cooperation with the Schmalenbach Foundation and the Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft awards the “Schmalenbach Preis” for outstanding scientific work in the field of business administration.
